Here is one example of a campaign aimed at strengthening the value of sustainability.

 

 

When do we use it?

When we want to implement a new value or promote an existing one, an inner organizational campaign is the simple, fun, and effective way to do it.

 

How does it work?

 Communicate short, simple, and accurate messages around your office. Remember- feelings such as joy, laughter and excitement can turn almost any message too much more meaningful and memorable. We can arouse these kinds of emotions within the message we spread around the organization. Use physical (office Kitchenette, notice boards) and virtual (E-mails, online systems) resources to get employees' attention. This could be a great start while creating a new organizational language.

You can embrace it in your organization or use it as an inspiration to create your value-based campaign.
