IT IS NICE TO MEET YOU - WE ARE THE DOING GOOD MODEL

A social Israeli startup whose goal and vision are to create a value-based world where people and organizations think good, speak good and do good .
Founded in 1997 by the businesswoman and philanthropist Shari Arison, The Doing Good Model demonstrates how successful organizations that are driven by meaning, give their employees a sense of value, and promote social impact and environmental protection – can, are, and will continue to be business-thriving organizations.

Drawing on our more than 20 years of experience of developing a unique approach within Arison Group companies, DGM works with businesses and organizations, communities and individuals who wish to maximize their social impact and make the world a better place. The Doing Good Model's tailor-made solutions are designed to create positive change by practically and effectively integrating the model as a day-to-day tool, combining universal human and social values at the core of decision-making.

DIMENSIONS OF IMPLEMENTATION
Being, Believing, Doing

The model distinguishes between three ways in which doing good can be present in our lives:

  • Believing – our choices of perceptions and attitudes.
  • Being – our 'inner space' of feelings and emotions that reflected in our presence and energy.
  • Doing – our actions and behaviors There are various interactions between the three dimensions - they affect each other and are influenced by one another, so it is a dynamic and flexible process.
The ripples of impact
Individual - Organization - Society:

The Doing Good Model believes in the ripple effect. When the individual is connected to his/her own values with a doing good mindset, it is then reflected on their immediate surroundings and outwards, influencing their organization, and impacting the society as a whole.
